Would recommend stopping at Caribou in the hotel lobby to get a good cup of coffee. 3) Coffee in the ****** and hotel cafe was awful - no flavor at all. 2) Room was missing a make up mirror, which didn’t help my 50+ YO eyes.

Would have loved to have gone for an early swim or jacuzzi before bfast and before small children arrive. The only negatives we found: 1) Pool does not open until 9am. Room had a Keurig coffee machine, which was a nice touch. Mattress was just okay - not bad, but not fabulous either. We got a room in the Lobby Tower on the 3rd floor which meant we didn’t even need to get on an elevator - just needed to walk down the hall.

Signage above the registration desk should be changed so that guests are not confused. We moved to the shorter line and got checked in almost right away. After waiting a while, a person from the VIP line who had just checked in came over and told us we could go in either line. Regular line was really long with only one staff person assisting. There appeared to be two check in lines - one for regular guests and one for VIP’s.
